2000     Setup Swep Beijing Inc by Swep Taiwan Inc.

2003     Setup HotWater Beijing HotWater BHS Inc by Swep Taiwan Inc.

2007     Swep Taiwan buy back all share of Taiwan Swep and HotWater Beijing.

2007     Buy share of Airec Sweden.

2008     Bought shares ofHGF gasket to get reliable provisions of gas kets with the best quality.

2010     cooperate with university (NCTU) for heat exchanger study.

2011     New company name (Taiwan SRP Heat exchanger Inc) and logo for oversea export.

2012     Established the production baseandafterservice offices in Qi dong，Shanghai.

2015     Established SRP,Germany toaccess theEUmarkets.

2016     Bought sharesofEn-Save，Germany/to acquireESSthermalenergy recycling technology.

2017     Partnered with British Allards International Limitedand established the sales offices and production facilityfor Shell and Plate heat exchangers.
